NABL Accreditation: What It Means and Why It Matters

Step 1: Decide Your Scope and Discipline
NABL accredits labs across multiple disciplines: Chemical, Biological, Electrical, Mechanical, Thermal, Radiological, and more. Define your specific scope — e.g., "Chemical testing of water samples" or "Microbiological testing of food products." A focused, well-defined scope is easier to get accredited than a broad one.
Step 2: Implement ISO/IEC 17025:2017
